Shipping& Exchange& Return
- All purchases will be shipped within 1-4 business days via our partner carrier with tracking, the tracking number will be sent to your email address. (As important safety measures continue, delays should be expected.)
- Once an order has been shipped, we are not able to update the shipping information. If you have any concerns about an existing order, please contact to the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
- Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
- If you selected an item that is on pre-order, it will go into processing before it ships out. Pre order items are usually shipped within 30 days.
- Due to the sanctions imposed by the EU on Russia it is not possible to fly over Russian airspace. Therefore PostNL is currently experiencing delays in the delivery of mail and parcels to some countries.
- Our partner carrier has suspended substantially all operations in Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia.
Free Exchange & Return
- We offer free exchange & return for all North American orders (Excluded a territory of the United States, such as Hawaii, Guam, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Northern Mariana Islands). However, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone from date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- All orders outside of North America - Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
A return/exchange in 4 simple steps
1. Authorize your return/exchange
To return/exchange your product, please contact to email@example.com for a return/exchange authorization form. Kindly provide us your order number, full name, and email address.
2. Re-pack your package
Reseal the original package with the product you’re returning inside.
3. Print & apply the return label
Once your form is approved, you will receive a return label from us. Please print the label and cover the original shipping label on the resealed package with it.
4. Ship your return package
Bring your package to the courier indicated on the return label.
Once your return is received and inspection was approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we proceeded the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 5-21 business days). We will also notify you that if your request was rejected.
